Partners in the law firm of Lieser Skaff Alexander (LSA) recently purchased a building at 403 N. Howard Avenue that now serves as the firm’s headquarters.
The purchase price for the 10 year-old, 2,300 square foot building was $450,000. The building is across the street from where the $26 million Bryan Glazer Family Jewish Community Center is being developed on the grounds of the historic National Guard Armory.
“We chose to put down roots in North Hyde Park for many reasons, including high visibility and accessibility, and because this area is widely considered to be the next hot neighborhood,” Ghada Skaff said. “This location is just blocks from I-275, and minutes to downtown Tampa and the courthouses.
“The shift from leasing to purchasing a building that gives us room to grow is a reflection of our commitment to our clients, our practice, and this community,” added Jeff Lieser.
Founded in 2014, Lieser Skaff Alexander’s three attorneys practice primarily business and real estate law. The firm also employs three paralegals, and support staff. LSA plans to expand its legal team over the next several months.
Lieser Skaff Alexander has joined the North Hyde Park Alliance, and the firm’s partners said they are excited at the prospect of being actively involved in this vibrant and growing community.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be part of this wonderful neighborhood during this incredible time in its history,” said Lieser Skaff Alexander partner Joseph Alexander. “Our involvement in the revitalization of North Hyde Park continues and expands our ongoing commitment to the Tampa Bay community.”
